Acer palmatum Gaki no sugi

Sweet little palmate leaves emerge variegated pink and white in spring slowly changing to green for summer and a blaze of red in the fall. Somewhat vigorously growing continuing to push the bright pink leaves through out the growing season. A small upright tree seems to have good heat tolerance. An excellent new spring color maple.
