Upgrade to our Full 1-Year Warranty for an additional 30% of the tree value and enjoy a completely worry-free experience.

If any tree does not survive within one year, we will replace it at no cost to you — including free replacement, free delivery, and free planting.

Warranty Terms

1. Warranty is provided as store credit only (no cash refunds).

2. Each tree is eligible for one-time replacement only.

3. Replacement trees are not covered under warranty.

4. Warranty is valid for up to 1 year from the original purchase date
