• Returns  accepted within 24 hours of purchase
• Items must be in original condition and not planted
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit

Warranty Coverage

Z Force Farm offers different warranty coverage based on purchase type:

Regular Price Purchase (Non-Member):
• Eligible for 1-year free replacement if the tree does not survive
• Replacement includes the same or similar product (subject to availability)
• Delivery and labor fees may apply

Member Price Purchase (Discounted):
• Eligible for 50% replacement within 1 year
• Replacement cost is 50% of the original purchase price
• Delivery and labor fees apply
