At ZForceFarm, most orders are fulfilled through online payment and in-person pickup at our location in Toronto, Canada.

Once your order is placed, it will typically be ready for pickup shortly after confirmation. We’ll send you a message to let you know when it’s ready.Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping (Limited Availability)

We currently offer limited shipping within Canada for select products.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (plants, custom arrangements, and living decor), all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for perishable or custom items.

However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage during pickup or incorrect items—please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the product.
